About Agent Watch
Agent Watch is a free, independent guide from The Helix Loop by Suhit Anantula (Helix Lab). It tracks the AI tools knowledge workers can use to do more of their work, without handing over their judgement.
Every tool is placed on the seven layers of AI at work: the AI behind it, how it works with you, what it can connect to, what it knows how to do, the app you open, how much it does on its own, and what stays your call.
Each tool also gets a rating for how much the AI may do:
- Helps you think — AI helps you think, draft or challenge; you make the decision.
- Does steps, you check — AI helps carry out several steps; you guide and approve.
- Works on its own — AI works more independently inside clear rules; you set the limits and can stop it.
How we rate tools: ratings for how much a tool does on its own are our editorial view and are still being reviewed. They are not vendor claims.
