Choosing how a tool works with you
You ask and it answers, it does several steps for you to review, or it works directly in your files — three ways of working, not brand names.

Start from the work, not the logo
Ask: do I need help thinking, help carrying steps, or help changing files inside a workspace I control?
That question usually picks how the tool works with you. The product is an implementation of that way of working.
A calm decision path
- Name the deliverable you already owe someone.
- Name what must stay yours (decision, tone, client risk).
- Pick how much help you want: helps you think, does several steps you check, or works within rules you set.
- Only then open the Tracker filters on Agent Watch.
What “friendly for knowledge workers” means here
We hide tools that work directly in files and software (mostly for technical users) until you turn on “Show developer tools.” Most knowledge work lives in “helps you think” and “does several steps, you check” — with judgement still accountable.
